Hello, I am Malinda Kachejian. I live in Smithtown, New York on Long Island. While I’m not a native New Yorker, I was born in Columbus, Ohio, where most of my family still resides. I moved to Long Island in 1983 and graduated high school in 1984. Over the years I have worked for various top advertising companies in their art departments.
In 1990, I married my husband, Brian, and have had two sons together, Jagger and Cole. While planting our roots in Smithtown, I have found that the quaint town is a wonderful place to raise a family. Not only that, but Smithtown and all have Long Island has given me inspiration when writing my children’s books.
